The Shabd guru is the guru of sound through which the infinite can be reached.
Harmonic sound vibration Naad is created through chanting mantra healing every cell in our body.
Naad is the essence of all sound using the tongue in the mouth to change the chemicals in the brain while chanting. This invisible guru through vibration sound current dissolves the ego which prevents us from seeing the truth, preventing us from acting with our authentic self.
Appling the techniques of mantra, the Shabd guru releases consciousness through the power of Naad, magically shifting circumstances around in our life. The Shabd guru is a powerful teacher dissolving the distortions of the ego, even putting you to sleep when you have run out of options, calming the spirit.
The chant and meditation you’re about to receive has three parts- 1.Chanting mantra,
2. Mudra (hand formation), 3.meditation. The meditation will focus the mind. Often we experience the Monkey Mind, creating mischief, chaos and confusion or telling ourselves we can’t do something, but move beyond this little monkey to calm clarity.

Pull in the navel powerfully on so and hung and clip off each of these making them short Particularly note that Hung is not long and dawn out, You clip it off forcefully as you pulling the navel. Chant one complete cycle of the entire mantra, and then inhale deeply and repeat, remember mantra is not singing but vibration.
Resonate each sound syllable through your body slowly, if in a group keep up with the
